Our matcha is stone-ground and milled in micro-batches and frequently air-freighted directly to us, ensuring that we serve the freshest matcha.

Our hojicha range is sourced from only the highest quality tea plantations in Japan and harvested right after the first flush matcha harvest in May. Whole leaves are roasted to unleash a comforting warm and toasty tea experience.
