SERVING SUGGESTION
Our Kyoto Hojica is a finely ground powder and should be prepared using the same method as with matcha (with a chasen (whisk) and chawan (bowl).
Perfect served hot or cold mixed with any plant-based milk.
The flavour profile lends itself to be used as an ingredient in various mixed, iced drinks as well as in bakery and confectionary.
