We’re excited to share our latest matcha, carefully grown in the renowned tea region of Shizuoka. Known for its misty mountains, fertile soil, and ideal climate. Shizuoka produces some of the world’s most refined and flavourful matcha.

 

KAI Matcha marks a new chapter for MICHI as our first matcha offering from the producing region of Shizuoka.

 

This matcha is produced using time-honored shading and harvesting techniques. Crafted from a blend of regional cultivars anchored by Yabukita and Okumidori, KAI offers a soft, cashew butter forward profile and a clean, lasting finish.

 

Ideal to be served as usucha (tea) or with any plant-based milk.
