Three Matcha Varieties: Enjoy three types of matcha —each with its own unique profile. 
 
KAZE Matcha 30G: (Samidori and Okumidori) Sourced from a tea factory founded in 1860s. A reflection of balance and purpose, this Uji-grown matcha shines with a bold and earthy character. Expect light and refreshing character, offering a pillowy mouthfeel, rich aromatic depth, and a perfectly balanced umami.
 
JAKU Matcha 30G: (Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari) JAKU has low bitterness, floral high notes and a delicate, silky texture. Produced by four friends, Yoshitaka, Shinya, Kosuke and Kazuhiko, young tea farmers all descending from established tea-growing families in and around Sonogi.
 
YASU Matcha 30G: (Yabukita) YASU embodies everything we appreciate about Yame matcha. Delivering a refreshingly vibrant character with a velvety, gentle finish and a lingering toasty notes.
