Our matcha is exclusively sourced from artisans across the Uji region. 

100% traceable, the raw tench leaves are carefully selected from small well-established plantations. Each using their own unique combination of heritage and contemporary techniques to achieve a surprising diversity of flavours.

All of our matcha is stone-ground in micro-batches and frequently air-freighted directly to us ensuring that we serve the freshest possible product.
